Service menu: prices and deposit

Picking the wrong line costs more than it looks - a day of representation is €400, and your question may only need the €49 listing review. This is FairHelm's service menu with published prices and payment - four lines of work for buyers and sellers, an enquiry form, and an optional deposit. An on-site hull survey and a written risk note on one listing URL are not on this menu; each has its own page.

This is

Four priced lines, an enquiry form and a 50% deposit

This is not

Not an on-site hull survey and not the €49 written listing note

Next step: find your line in the table, then send an enquiry or pay a deposit in the form at the bottom of the page.

Prices are published upfront and do not depend on which boat you buy. The 50% deposit is optional. We confirm a specialist within 24 hours and reply to enquiries within one business day.

What sits behind each line

The buyer call is an hour on your shortlist - how the ask sits next to similar ads, what to ask the seller, which boat to take to survey. The call page spells that out. Survey coordination means we help scope the specialist's job and arrange logistics for one survey. One boat, one survey, one line on the bill. Buyer representation is a day when we handle correspondence and negotiation with the seller and broker on your behalf. Seller representation depends on the boat and how it is sold, so the menu shows a quote, not a fixed figure. Our lane is used cruising yachts on the northern and Baltic market.

What the menu does not replace

No line on this menu replaces an on-site hull survey. Photos and documents will not tell you whether the deck is soft or what the keel looks like; only a specialist at the boat sees that. The surveyor's own invoice is not the €100 coordination fee. A written risk note on one listing URL is the €49 listing review, which has its own page. We do not value boats for banks or insurers, and we do not give legal or tax advice.

Frequently asked questions

How is this menu different from the €49 listing review?
The listing review is a written risk note on one URL, with no call. The menu lines involve people - a call, survey coordination, a day of representation. If you have one boat and only need a read of the listing, start with the review.
Do I have to pay a deposit?
No. You can just send an enquiry and we reply within one business day. The 50% deposit is for buyers who want to hold a slot straight away; we confirm a specialist within 24 hours.
Why does seller representation have no price?
The work depends on the boat and on where and how it is sold, so we quote per project. Start with an enquiry and we send the quote in reply.
Do you take commission from the seller or broker?
No. Menu prices are published upfront and our only income is your payment. We do not care which boat you buy, or whether you buy at all.
