An estimate, not a yard figure. The formula uses keel draft, not canoe-body draft, and does not add keel and rudder area.

How the figure is built
WSA = 1.7 × waterline × draft + volume / draft. Volume is displacement in kilograms divided by 1025. A printed yard figure on the model page replaces this estimate.

- No. Antifouling litres use a different calculator: waterline, beam, and draft.
