Methodology and assumptions

Bands are seeded from FairHelm coordination jobs and the academy survey cost guide (Nordics / EU, reviewed 2026-08-28).

What counts: surveyor day rate for a standard GRP sailing-cruiser scope; the stack adds haul-out + blocking because most Nordic buyers want the bottom seen.

Rule of thumb: on an €80k-€150k purchase, plan 1-1.5% of price for surveyor + haul-out + travel before you credit repairs against the offer.

Limits: no broker fees, no repair credits, no megayachts. SEK is orientation only (~11.1 SEK/EUR). Confirm quotes for boat, yard, and season.

Currency: EUR. Planning year: 2026. EU / Nordic GRP sailing cruisers; SEK shown at ~11.1 SEK/EUR orientation only. Excluded: Broker fees, repair credits, insurance underwriting surveys, megayacht programmes.
