The table is the Swedish planning baseline. The calculator replaces only the berth and the winter line, and only where two harbours of the same contract are published. A country does not multiply insurance, paint, engine, rig, or diesel. A Denmark, Germany, or Netherlands total is therefore not a full local-year premium - the insurance line stays Swedish.

}Methodology and assumptions
Annual total = berth + winter, when a tariff exists + the Swedish boat lines.
The country you pick supplies the berth and the winter line. Insurance, antifouling, engine, rig, diesel, and misc stay on the Swedish planning bands for 2024-2025. Country does not move those lines. The insurance line is not a Danish, German, or Dutch premium.
Lengths other than 10-12 m stretch the local 10-12 m tariff in the shape of the Swedish line. That is a shape, not a second harbour price.
The city and guest-harbour uplifts apply only in Sweden. More engine hours raise only diesel and misc.
Sweden. May - Oct berth 3,000-4,500 EUR and winter ashore 800-1,500 EUR for 10-12 m. Academy planning bands, not one marina’s list.
Denmark. Seasonal berth 10.5-11.49 m: Toft 10,400 DKK, Minde 13,910 DKK. Winter afloat: 7,429 and 9,936 DKK. Converted at 7.46038 DKK = 1 EUR. Marina Minde price lists, 2026 season. This is not a haul-out.
Germany. Two Baltic season prices for boats up to 12 m, 2025: Wiking Yachthafen 1,200 EUR, Meerzeit pontoon at Olpenitz 2,250 EUR. Not a national average. No winter tariff for these berths, so the line is left out.
Netherlands. Annual contract for 11 m, boat stays afloat: Makkum 2,280 EUR (2025/26), DEKO Lelystad 2,468 EUR, Lelystad Haven 2,633 EUR, Muiderzand 3,271 EUR (2026 list). A Swedish winter haul is not added.
Not in the calculator. One harbour is not a country, and unlike contracts are not averaged. Helsinki 2025 prices the berth by width: 3.01-4.00 m is 426-490 EUR a year. Le Havre 2025: annual pontoon 11.51-12 m is 3,631 EUR. ACI Dubrovnik published list: annual wet berth 11 m 6,614 EUR, 12 m 7,754 EUR. Port Ginesta 2025: 12 m annual 6,300 EUR. Port Solent, October 2025 - September 2026: £760 on the 11.1-12.0 m row; the extract does not say whether that is per boat or per metre. Sant’Andrea 2024: 12 m annual about 3,980-4,895 EUR, land storage without the crane. Marina dei Presidi 2025: June - September only, 12 m at 12,650 EUR. Flisvos 2025 charges length times beam and bills boats under 15 m as 15 m by 4 m, ex VAT. Lefkas published no annual price on the marina page. Poland, Turkey, Cyprus, Slovenia, Montenegro: no published seasonal or annual berth near 11 m in this pass. Lakes, Austria, the United States, Canada, Australia, and the Caribbean are not in this euro calculator.
Limits. No loan interest, no osmosis or rig replacement, no club dues. Your harbour contract wins.

FAQ
- Does this include loan payments or major refits?
- No. The calculator covers typical annual operating costs: marina, insurance, winter storage, routine maintenance, and diesel. Finance, osmosis treatment, rig replacement, and teak decks are separate capital events.
- Which region should I pick?
- Sweden: academy planning bands, May - October plus winter ashore. Denmark: two Marina Minde harbours, season plus winter afloat. Germany: two Baltic season prices, no winter line. Netherlands: annual contract afloat, four harbours. Insurance and maintenance are the Swedish bands in every country - the total is not a full local-year premium.
- Where do the numbers come from?
- Berth and winter are named with harbour and year in the methodology section. The other lines are the Swedish planning bands for 2024-2025. One quote is not a country price and is not in the calculator.
