Step 2: Choose your course
Based on the conversation, we suggest a path: usually Yacht Crew if you're new, or Inshore Skipper / Offshore Skipper if you have experience. You can also view the schedule and pick dates.
Step 3: Training and support
Once you're in, you get a place on the course and ongoing support. Our format is a 7-day liveaboard (Saturday evening to Saturday morning), small groups (up to 4), so you learn in a real crew with individual attention.
