What to expect
- Rotation of skipper role: Each participant takes turns as skipper - plans route, gives commands, carries responsibility. Instructor observes and corrects but does not replace you.
- Real scenarios: Navigation largely without GPS (except safety); weather, fatigue and limits are part of the training.
- Daily cycle: Planning → Execution → Debrief → Recovery
