For whom

  • You already have Yacht Crew (or equivalent) and real time on board
  • You want to move from crew to command
  • You are ready to take responsibility for the boat and people

What to expect

  • Rotation of skipper role: Each participant takes turns as skipper - plans route, gives commands, carries responsibility. Instructor observes and corrects but does not replace you.
  • Real scenarios: Navigation largely without GPS (except safety); weather, fatigue and limits are part of the training.
  • Daily cycle: Planning → Execution → Debrief → Recovery
