What's included

Instruction, certificate. Accommodation may be on board or arranged by yourself (e.g. hotels). Mediterranean-style meals, meditation and breathing sessions, on-water practice blocks.

What to expect

  • Schedule: Saturday evening (arrival, briefing, first dinner, intro meditation) → Saturday morning (breakfast, return to port, certificates)
  • Daily rhythm: Morning meditation and breathing; on-water practice blocks (4 - 5 h); lunch + debrief; cognitive/culinary/theory block; dinner; evening class or debate; journaling
  • Phones: Two short windows per day - morning (e.g. 07:00 - 08:00) and evening (e.g. 21:00 - 21:30). Rest of the time phones off (exceptions: emergency, program photos).
  • Meals: Mediterranean style; no alcohol (safety); no energy drinks; limited sugar. Water, herbal tea, coffee (1 - 2 cups), vegetables, fish, nuts, olive oil
  • Outcomes (1 week): Concentration +25 - 35%, memory +15 - 20%, stress -40 - 60%, confidence +50 - 70%
