This page is the VHF online course: marine radio for distress, safety, and routine calls, and preparation for the SRC operator certificate most charter companies ask for before they hand over the keys.
It is not a skipper course. Yacht Crew and Inshore teach the boat; this course teaches the radio. FairHelm: 8-12 hours online, then an optional ISSA SRC exam. Try the free listen-and-decode track first. An ISSA SRC does not replace a national radio exam where your flag or charter state requires a local licence instead of, or in addition to, ISSA.
